The sixth edition of Michelin Guide Thailand announced its winners today (Nov 24). The guide includes a total of 441 restaurants, 35 of which have been awarded Michelin stars. This year saw 29 one-star restaurants and six two-star restaurants, with five new names on the list this year.

The special awards

  • Service Award - Uthit Songtho from Baan Phraya, Mandarin Oriental Hotel.
  • Young Chef Award - Davide Garavaglia from Cote by Mauro Colagreco
  • Opening of the Year Award (New) - Pichaya “Pam” Soontornyanakij from Potong
  • Sommelier Award (New) - Guillaume Perdigues
  • Michelin Green Star (sustainable gastronomy) - Pru, sister restaurant Jampa (new), Haoma (new)
 
Having celebrated the culinary scene since 2018, Michelin Guide Thailand has expanded its repertoire to inspect destinations across the country, including Phuket, Phang Nga, Chiang Mai, Ayuthaya, and the newly added Isaan provinces (Nakhon Ratchasima, Ubon Ratchathani, Khon Kaen, and Udon Thani).
