Tsu Na Gu
Book your seat while it’s still easy to get.
Bangkok has welcomed another tonkotsu ramen specialist Tsu Na Gu, which recently took up the space from Japan Live Kitchen in Ekkamai Soi 6.
The venue only accommodates eight seats and serves 35 bowls a day. Tsu Na Gu’s ramen boasts a rich, opaque pork bone broth and slices of melt-in-your-mouth char-siu pork from Kagoshima Prefecture.
Go for the special (B380), featuring three hearty slices of char-siu topped with menma and soft-boiled eggs; the thick, almost al-dente-like noodles are chewy and pair perfectly with the broth. The regular bowl, which features only two slices of char-siu, is priced at B290. If you’re wanting more pork, you can also order their pork char-siu rice bowl for B150. By Porpor Leelasestaporn.
