Expect to taste dishes like Kachumbari (cold light-vinaigrette salad served in a hot baked rice cracker); Marahagwe (Tanzanian-style vegan spicy kidney bean stew); and Malva Pudding (South African sweet pudding served hot with vanilla ice cream and topped with a shot of espresso and Amarula liquor).
