The Quad is Sukhumvit's new chic dining spot with 4 different restaurants and a bar under one roof
Better bring your squad to The Quad.
The bustling Nana area just got a little livelier with the arrival of The Quad Sukhumvit Eatery, a new dining hall where street-level energy meets tight, well-executed comfort food. From expertly simmered congee to buttery pastries, loaded pasta, and smash burgers done right, it’s a lineup built for repeat visits. Whether you're here to snack, graze, or fill up, there’s plenty to keep you coming back. Here’s what to expect at this new go-to on Sukhumvit.
The Greenhouse
After more than 30 years behind the much-loved Green House led by Chef Mak Kin Fai, the famous chef from Hong Kong is back, with a slightly new name and a refreshed space. Now called The Greenhouse, the restaurant serves up comfort food around the clock, led by its signature silky Hong Kong-style congee topped with the likes of abalone or crab meat. You’ll also find rich noodle soups and a lineup of Chinese classics with a twist, like stir-fried noodles with seafood and X.O. sauce, a personal pick from Chef Fai, fried meatballs with Szechuan sauce, and shrimp-stuffed rice noodle rolls. The menu doesn't stop at Cantonese staples. Thai favorites like massaman curry with beef cheek and pad krapao with wagyu beef on jasmine rice share the table with old-school desserts, including snake fruit in syrup and durian sticky rice in coconut milk.
Open 24 hours.
Cupping Coffee & Bakery
Nothing lifts a morning like the subtly buttery scent of fresh bakes colliding with the deep roast of coffee, and at Cupping Coffee & Bakery, those mood-lifting aromas run from early hours to nightfall. Alongside the usual espresso-based suspects, you’ll find playful sips like the pink velvet latte, honey lemon espresso, and honey hive americano. Non-coffee drinkers can dive into a matcha lineup that includes the strawberry matcha, while the pastry counter punches above its weight with creative bites like shokupan French toast and a rich, sticky date pudding and of course, a world-class lineup of daily baked bread, pastries and cakes for eat in or take away.
Open daily, 7am–9pm.
Pastaio
Meathead
Serving up sizzling smash burgers, gooey sandwiches, and velvety bourbon milkshakes, Meathead is the frisky go-to when your appetite demands something unapologetically meaty and greasy—in the best way. The signature Meathead comes stacked with a smashed beef patty that’s juicy in the center, crispy on the edges, and absolutely bomb. But the menu goes deeper: the Blue Bros loads up buttermilk fried chicken with a punchy blue cheese sauce; Goongzilla mixes prawn patty, Japanese mayo, and Thai-style seafood dip; and even vegetarians get love with the Herbivore, featuring buttermilk-fried miso-marinated eggplant. If you’re more sandwich-inclined, there’s a Reuben built with housemade pastrami, Swiss cheese, and sauerkraut on freshly baked sourdough, or the no-fail Cubano. Don’t sleep on the sides, either—the truffle parmesan fries and smoked mac & cheese are proper scene-stealers.
Opens daily, 11am–2:30pm and 5:30pm–10:30pm.
Cucu
Cucu is a fantasy-themed bar channeling the wild spirit of nocturnal creatures into creative cocktails—with a side of “Higher-Balls”, mocktails, wine (on tap or by the bottle), draft beer, and the harder stuff, too. Tuesdays are for tropical cocktails at B250 all night, while Thursdays come with a buy-one-get-one deal on select drinks. A little escapism, a little buzz—why not?
Opens daily, 7am–2am.
