Indulge in The Allium Bangkok’s four-course menu paired with vintage Veuve Clicquot bubbly (from B4,888/person; B4,000/person for Athenee Club members & Club Marriott members). The menu includes Gillardeau oysters with Oscietra caviar with cucumber and kiwi; Hokkaido scallops with watercress puree, potato, radish and onion cream; French langoustine and slow-cooked pork belly with carrot and orange puree and langoustine foam; and duck breast with pumpkin puree, duck leg confit croquette and coriander.
Celebrate the first anniversary of this experimental cocktail bar, with favorite concoctions including Fernie (fresh basil, gin, camomile liqueur, apple and lemon juice, honey, celery bitters, Fernet-Branca and egg white) and Rango (mango chutney, lime juice, white rum and egg white) for B300 each—the first 15 people to enter will get one free drink when they buy one drink.
