Chinatown is more happening than ever as Asai Bangkok Hotel teams up with an army of top notch chefs for their upcoming The Hamlet for Good charity event this Jun 18-19.
Hosted by the same team behind The Hamlet Wonderfruit Camp, the Hamlet for Good will bring your favorite chefs from across the country to collaborate in a show of support for the victims of conflict.
A quick look at the lineup sees Paolo Vitaletti from
Appia and Billy Batista from
Billy’s Smokehouse taking over the space at Talat Noi's uber cool cafe Patina.
The chef duo from
Bo.lan—Bo and Dylan—will join hands with Num from
Samuay & Sons to promote local sustainability from their menu at Charoenkrung's Chinese-themed riverside cafe
Hong Sieng Kong.
Fans of Chareonkrung’s dining scene can also opt for Thai dining from Joe at
Samlor along with Tle from
Mother and Sept from
Anglo by Yangrak at Baan Rim Naam.
On Jun 19, Chalee from 100 Mahaseth and Prin from Samrub for Thai will take over the hotel Jam Jam Eatery & Bar with their mouthwatering creative brunch.
What’s more, the hotel promises crafted cocktails from Soi Nana’s
Teens of Thailand, curated wine lists from Wine Garage, and drinks from Campari and Aperol.
