The wait is finally over. Following the successful run of its first two seasons, Drag Race Thailand is back for thirds with veteran judge Pangina Heals back on the panel. 

 

Racking up 29 Emmys, Rupaul’s Drag Race Franchise has been a hallmark of pop culture and a showcase of drag artistry. It spawned multiple spinoffs and international franchises such as Drag Race Thailand and Drag Race Philippines. 

 

The five-year hiatus between season two and three was due to licensing issues. But the show will be back for the season premiere on WOW Present Plus on Oct 16. 

 

You might have caught some of the new drag racers in Troye Sivan’s hit music video “Got me Started” filmed in Thailand last year. 

 

The list of 11 contestants include Benze Diva, Frankie Wonga, Gawdland, Gigi Ferocious, Kara Might, Nane Sphera, Shortgun, Siam Phusri, Spicy Sunshine, Sriracha Hotsauce, and Zepee. Who will be Thailand’s next drag superstar? Stay tuned this spooky season to find out.
