HOF ART NOW
Art and music meet once again in buzzing Phra Khanong as the new HOF Art Space is unveiled this Friday. The debut exhibition HOF ART NOW will display works by over 100 artists, including artist and social activist Vasan Sitthiket, artist Sakwut Wisesmanee and Greyhound designer Jitsing Somboon, followed by a rockabilly-themed party with The Keylookz and Yellow Fang. Meanwhile on the same night, around the corner at the hip GOJA Gallery, it's the opening of much-loved Bangkok illustratot Jakkrit Anantakul's solo exhibition "Happy Blue," from 7pm.

MD3 Fragility and Monumentality
Initiated eight years ago, the big group exhibition MD3 Fragility and Monumentality finally comes to life this week (Jun 27) at the Bangkok Art and Culture Centre (BACC). Taking up the whole 9th floor, 12 Bangkok and London-based artists, including Andrew Stahl, Atsuko Nakamura, Be Takerng Pattanopas and Tintin Cooper, will explore the concept of fragility through big-scale installations, sculptures and paintings.

On The Road to Blonde 2 be Wild
Bangkok's favorite rock lady Gene Kasidit plays an acoustic set at this mini showcase gig in intimate atmosphere, warming up for the big concert next week. Early tickets for the concert will be available (B1,000).

Art and book lovers might want to check out the new art bookshop, CEO Books, located in the building with an intriguing patterned facade, near Casa Lapin x49. Founded by Chris Grisana, the spot functions as both a bookstore and a conversational hang-out venue, and is home to limited edition art books hard to find in Bangkok.
Soft opening period from Jun 25-29, noon-9pm (6pm on the weekend).
