Age of Darkness (2011)

Set in Thailand during a dark age, Eakapon Settasuk’s award-winning short tells the story of a rich couple, made up of a corrupt politician husband and his hi-so housewife, who invite their peers to join the grand birthday bash of their depressed son. With English subtitles.

Where Can I Find Seripap? (2010)

Pass Patthanakumjon satirically questions the availability of freedom in Thailand through the comical story of the main character Seripap, whose name means freedom in Thai. With English subtitles.

Safe Zone (2010)

Inspired by the curfew imposed in Thailand after the political crackdown on May 19, 2010, director Chakorn Chaiprecha tells the tale of two young guys who take refuge in their apartment and can only contact their friends through SMS and BlackBerry, yet still find themselves at risk.
