While everyone is having khao-chae for summer, Bo.lan goes next-level with an impressive kanom jeen sao nam (rice noodles with coconut milk). Instead of pineappl, the chefs incorporate mangosteeen and lime while also adding pak paew (Vietnamese Coriander) for aroma.
