Kanom jeen sao nam with mangosteen at Bolan (part of the tasting menu B2,680)

While everyone is having khao-chae for summer, Bo.lan goes next-level with an impressive kanom jeen sao nam (rice noodles with coconut milk). Instead of pineappl, the chefs incorporate mangosteeen and lime while also adding pak paew (Vietnamese Coriander) for aroma.

They change the menu everyday but during this time of the year, mangosteen is one of the seasonal ingredients they regularly offer (not everyday, so do check first). One we tried included gin, mangosteen, pamplemousse, lager syrup, lemon and bitters (B300).
