It’s like beer yoga but with dancing.

Beer yoga, the Berlin-born fitness craze that combines the traditional body-contorting stretches of yoga while drinking bottles of ice-cold beer has become a thing last year in Bangkok—and if you think this fitness trend is already over, think again.

On Saturday Oct 6, Brew Yoga Thailand is bringing back the fun exercise, this time combining yoga, beer and dancing all together under a concept called “Silent Brew Yoga.”

The new exercise is a combination of silent disco and brew yoga, in which attendees will get to groove to three different dance channels: Zumba, street and cardio through a pair of noise-isolating wireless LED headphones led by different instructors and DJs.

Each class incorporates beverage drinking into yoga poses, whether it's balancing the bottle on your head, or taking a few sips while settling into a pose. Attendees can also select a beverage of their choice, so if alcohol isn’t your thing, you can choose to have juices instead.

Tickets cost B850, which covers brew yoga, Zumba and cardio dance class, as well as food and beverage and after party. No yoga experience is required.

The event will take place on the 5/F, Helix Garden at The EmQuartier at 2:30pm. Grab your tickets here www.ticketmelon.com/event/brewyogaep4
