The lockdown may have given you an excuse for putting off leg day, but gyms are back in business, and some are offering incentives for you to get back to business.

Dubbed the 11.11 Challenge, running from Nov 11-13, this three-day trial session is totally free, with no strings attached. Well, except that you either need to be vaccinated or produce a negative Covid-19 test, as well as a valid ID.

 

You can simply show up at one of their clubs with a certificate of any two Covid-19 vaccine doses. If you don’t have that, there’s also ATK testing available in front of the clubs.
