From yoga sessions to discovering your spirit animal.
Following on from the well-received “Online Soul Sharing Circle” back in April, Chiang Rai’s vegetarian holistic wellness retreat Museflower Retreat and Spa is teaming up with like-minded professionals to introduce more wholesome classes.
From now through Jul 11, Museflower is offering free 90-minute online wellness classes led by rotating guest teachers every Saturday at 3pm on Zoom. Tune in for yoga and meditation sessions, a summer solstice celebration, interior design tips for creating a soulful sanctuary at home, a soul writing class and even a class on meeting your spirit animal through a shamanic journey.
