July 18 and 19 promise to be special nights for chefs, foodies and ethical eaters.

Forest Foods, a five-course dinner pairing of craft beer and exotic foods foraged at the edges of Thailand and beyond, will take place at foodie-favorite Seven Spoons next Friday and Saturday.

The event will see Seven Spoons co-owner and Executive Chef Joke Pairojmahaki and his wife, Regan, introduce a range of exotic ingredients and forest products produced by forest communities, all paired with Beervana's handpicked craft beers (beers are free flow, too!).

The craft beer purveyors are no strangers to forward-thinking foodie events, with past curations such as the Mason-Dixon Seafood Picnic at Opposite Mess Hall and the Brew School,

Tickets are B1,900 per head, and are extremely limited. Reserve your spot at [email protected] or call 02-108-0387.
