If you love baked goods, then don't miss French pastry chef Rodolphe Landemaine's pop-up at Playground Bakery. Until the end of August, you'll find a mouthwatering array of French breads and viennoiserie, from the photogenic striped croissants in beetroot, cacao or lemon meringue flavor (B100), to puffy brioche in orange, chocolate and even vegan options (B80). The French patissier is the chef behind Maison Landemaine, an artisan boulangerie-pâtisserie with 15 shops in France and two in Tokyo. Chef Rodolphe has also created a special menu for 25 Degrees burger bar, featuring beetroot, chocolate, vegan and low-carb brioche buns, as well as epic baguettes like American steak (B390) topped with French fries, spicy mustard and sweet pickled onions, and open sandwiches like the fresh and light tomato feta tartine on sourdough (B330).
