Chef's Table #4: Wok Thai Way
On Jul 18, Taan welcomes Chef Torchan “Catherine” Boonyasingha, of Bangkok’s cult favorite online bakery turned restaurant, Bite Me Softly Bite Me Softly. The guest chef will explore Thai cuisine’s roots in old-world Chinese traditions across a 10-course menu priced at B2,500 per person. Add B450 for tea pairing or B990 for wine pairing.

Cagette Canteen & Deli Pop-Up at Smalls
This Thursday, Jul 18, Smalls' pop-up series welcomes Cagette Canteen and Deli, Yen Akat's Mediterranean-brunch spot-slash-French-restaurant, to take over the kitchen. On the menu expect French delicacies such as foie gras terrine with fresh fig jam and brioche (B690), a charcuterie board that includes goodies like coppa, bresaola, chorizo, smoked ham, pates and rillettes (B990), and an assorted plate of homemade sausages with sautéd "grenailles" potatoes (B690).
