Le Cafe des Stagiares rolls out customized egg dishes for the morning after.

Sathorn Soi 12's most bustling bar, Le Cafe des Stagiares, now serves up a more sobering breakfast menu.

From 7am-noon, chef Aurel Termini whips up easy egg dishes you can customize. Two eggs of your choice start at B120, to which you can add tomato, zucchini (B20 each), asparagus, mushrooms, bacon (B40 each), salmon, shrimps and Parma ham (B70).

Aside from eggs Benedict (B240), you can also order bread options like baguette (B60), croissant (B80), French toast and crepes (both B120) along with jam, peanut butter or chocolate sauce (B30).

Light eaters can opt for seasonal fruit platter (B90).
