We’re all adapting on the fly these days, and so it seems are many restaurants. See Bitterman, for example. The founders of the Sala Daeng restaurant have just brought their other brand, The Meatchop Butcher and Spirits, into the two-story glasshouse for a temporary relocation. 

 

With the two restaurants now partnered up, they hope to shine light on small local businesses and suppliers by holding wholesome events, like local food-slash-grocery truck pop-ups, wine markets, and special date night menus in the near future. 

 

For now, they are offering a dine-in experience with the classics from both restaurants, along with new summer specials, like burrata and watermelon salad (B450), swimmer crab salad (B450) ,and grilled local prawns (B600/three pcs).

 

Takeaway and delivery service are also available via Line @bitterman, Grab and Lineman.
