Top Tables Champions is happening soon. From Mar 26 to Apr 11, some of Bangkok’s most innovative restaurants are putting on special multi-course menus for a limited period of time, and four special standalone events—three exclusive dinners, plus an awesome wine event going down at Gigi—are taking the experience to the next level.

In fact, those events are so popular that two of them have already sold out.

Both the Wine 101 workshop happening at Gigi on Mar 14 and the special eight-course dinner happening at Yamazato on Apr 1 are fully booked.

Still want to experience Haoma’s 13-course dinner or La Bottega di Luca’s awesome Italian tasting menu? Act fast—these might sell out soon, too!

Haoma

The place: Chef Deepanker Khosla aims for carbon-negative, zero-waste cooking at this neo-Indian restaurant in Phrom Phong. The menu is always changing, depending on the fresh produce the team plucks from its on-site hydroponic garden and its own farm in Chiang Mai. Expect bold flavors, no matter the dishes.
The menu: This 13-course menu features chef Khosla’s full arsenal of tricks across dishes like the tangy pomegranate seed-topped chaat, the trio of curry-infused fruits with tikka-flavored ice cream and the zero-kilometer “Haoma in a Bite,” a one-bite dish featuring dish, edible flowers, herbs and fruit grown only in the Haoma garden.
The price: B2,990++
The date: Apr 4, 6-11pm

La Bottega di Luca

The place: Sardinia-born head chef Andrea Ortu ensures a menu that brims with serious D.O.P. produce scoured from the lengths of Italy. The classy dining room is primed for special occasions, while the dark wooden balcony offers a more relaxed vibe.
The menu: The four-course menu offers an entirely different selection, with starters of Alba-style beef carpaccio and roasted octopus with chilled green pea sauce, mains of wild mushroom ravioli and Australian wagyu flank served Tagliata style and the chef’s awesome crepes brulee with lemon curd and fresh strawberries for dessert.
The price: B1,800++
The date: Mar 30, 5-11pm

Yamazato SOLD OUT!

The place: Bangkok’s home to Japanese “haute cuisine” combines a sushi bar, teppanyaki grill and private dining rooms with some serious culinary skill. The chefs are not the only things imported from Japan; pretty much everything from the fish to the tableware is, too.
The menu: The eight-course menu spans everything from sashimi of fatty tuna belly and sakura sea bream to sushi of sea snails, conger eel and salmon to grilled amberjack with miso in sakura leaf to tempura of shiitake mushrooms, pumpkin and pond smelt.
