“The forgotten part of our food chain.”

Supaksorn “Ice” Jongsiri from Top Tables number-one restaurant Sorn and Thonglor’s Baan Ice is turning his attention to Thai farmers with “Talad Tem Glong,” or the “Market Full Box,” bringing the finest fruits from both venues’ partner farms across Thailand to customers.
 
“Thai farmers are the important yet forgotten part of our food chain. Unlike typical businesses, the fruits of one-year of hard work only pays off during the harvesting season. The only time of the year they make money...except this time, they can’t,” Ice says on his Instagram. He uses Baan Ice Thonglor as a channel for customers to purchase produce from local farmers, and intends to make zero profit out of this project. 

You will find export- and restaurant-quality tropical fruits like nam dok mai mango (B28-32/mango), banana (B120/hand), pomelo (B90-120/one pomelo) and red lady papaya (B30-65/papaya).
