Udon Thani’s top chef,
Weerawat “Num” Triyasenawat (Samuay & Sons), is bringing his unique spin on Isaan specialties to Bangkok Noi’s Siri Sala for a three-day gastronomic journey, from
Aug 19-21.
The program is part of the Traveling Chefs Series, hosted by Siri Sala Private Thai Villas whose aim is to provide a stage where chefs and foodies can have intimate cultural exchanges and enjoy unique flavors chefs are passionate about.
Here, the dinner will take place at the waterfront villa where patrons can enjoy sunset refreshments overlooking the Bangkok Noi canal, followed by a narrative session from chef Num who will be sharing his knowledge on local foraged ingredients.
His 10-course experience (B4,500) promises his progressive fine-dining twists on Isaan food, during which he draws out the best aspects of his ingredients while respecting the form and natural beauty of the cuisine.
