Located at J Avenue Thonglor, this exciting new spot promises a unique take on ramen that will leave your taste buds tingling. Although the menu hasn’t been officially released, you can expect his intriguing creations like awa-kei (bubble) cappuccino ramen by blending the rich broth into a mixer before serving, creating rich, bubbly consistency that looks just like the frothy top of a cappuccino—the best of both worlds.   

 

Opened in early 2022, Shin Inoue’s No Name Noodle has been fully booked since it opened, and even media outlets have needed to join the queue like everyone else.
