Five courses for the rain.

Santiaga started making waves as soon as it opened in 2022 with their Mexican omakase and kept things fresh with their a la carte options. Now, they’re hitting out with a month-long menu for monsoon season.

Available from Jul 23-Aug 31, the new menu includes five courses starting off with a Santiaga Salad with wood fired baby cos lettuce before moving onto their Akami Tostada featuring tuna with a tostada base.

Digging into the tacos, diners can choose between the beef tongue Lengua Taco and the Tuna Taco with hickory-smoked tuna. For the main, you’ll get Dry Aged Duck Pipian served with pipian sauce and pickled onions. And, of course, you close out with the Dulce de Leche Ice Cream.

But, if you’re just dropping in for some a la carte, don’t miss out on Chef Mauriicio Rosales’ barbacoa lamb and check out the bar for a Mazgroni (B370), which skips the gin for Alpus mezcal, and the Fortune Cookies (B350).

At B1,690 per person, the new menu will see Ploenchit through the rainiest months available from Tue-Sat from 5:30-9pm.

From the minds behind La Monita and Billy’s Smokehouse and situated atop La Monita, Santiaga offers flavor-packed dishes from popular and lesser known Mexican regions woven into an epic culinary narrative.
