Little Donkey’s chef Steve Doucakis is known for his genuis fusion food, and his newly launched weekend brunch menu does not disappoint.

Stuffed with creamy avocado, extra-crispy hash browns, charred corn, scrambled egg, smoky bacon and spicy sauce, the breakfast burrito (B280) offers a medley of flavors and textures so sublime it could cure even the worst of hangovers—especially when washed down with a spicy bloody Mary (B280) or a refreshing lemon-yuzu tonic cold brew coffee (B140). For a taste of America’s deep south, dig into the spicy, creamy shrimp and grits (B320)—a dish chef Steve perfected during his time working kitchens in New Orleans—or for something unexpected yet comfortingly familiar order the juicy, deliciously salty duck hash (B320), topped with two runny fried eggs and served in a mini skillet.

Do not leave without trying the piece de resistance: French toast (B240) soaked overnight in custard, coated in a crunchy, golden-fried cereal crust and served with coconut cream, maple syrup and fresh blueberries. There’s also plenty on offer for those who prefer a more traditional spread, from the American breakfast (B320) and eggs Benedict (B300) to omelets (from B80), yogurt-granola bowls (B180) and Nutella waffles (B260).

Now that 72 Courtyard's outdoor terrace is equipped with fans and shaded by beachy white awnings, this breezy spot is set to become the perfect weekend hangout—complete with a live band from 1-3pm most weekends.
