Capella’s riverside restaurant
Phra Nakhon is hosting a Thai food with wine pairing dinner on Jul 27 for B4,500 per person including food and wines.
Chef Kannika Jitsangworn whips up traditional Thai dishes using sustainably sourced and organic ingredients from small-scale farms like the panang curry with Phang Nga Bay tiger prawns and northern Thai tum kanoon (jackfruit salad). Other dishes are inspired by the origins of the historic neighborhood surrounding Capella Bangkok.
For wines, Capella’s sommelier Thanakorn “Jay” Bottorff has also selected organic and sustainable wines to pair.
Phra Nakhon takes inspiration from the rich food history of the riverside area as well as dishes from across the country.
