This Aug 30-31, neo-Indian farm-to-table restaurant, Haoma, will be welcoming chef Himanshu Saini of Dubai's Tresind Studio for two special collaborative dinners—Haoma x Tresind

Tresind Studio is an immersive, intimate Indian restaurant and chef’s table experience that overlooks the iconic Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai. Chef Himanshu is known for his innovative approach to Indian cuisine, offering dishes including a deconstructed pani puri, crisp roti and reinvented curries.

Though the menu is yet to be announced, it's safe to say that this dinner will blend Indian tradition with next-level innovation. You can be sure that the ingredients will be locally sourced—most likely picked from Haoma's very own garden. The menu is priced at B2,990 per person, with an optional beverage pairing package.
