You can enjoy the European summer from monsoon-addled Bangkok now at
Mia Restaurant, starting at B3,550 for five courses or B4,550 for seven.
Mia is helmed by BK’s Best Young Chef in Top Tables 2018, Pongcharn “Top” Russell, and Michelle Goh who boasts names like Suhring, Singapore’s Pollen, and Shangri-La Sydney on her CV.
This is the seventh tasting menu since the restaurant switched from a la carte, the previous iteration being the Spring Menu. With this Summer Menu, you’ll start off with the customer’s all-time favorite of Ostra Regal Oyster with umeboshi, shisho, and yuzu.
Other highlights include the North Sea Crab served with homemade ajo blanco sauce and paper-thin sliced grapes, as well as the confit pollock that comes with cauliflower couscous, raisins, and capers.
However, the best of all is the dessert: Mia’s Cereal Bowl. This must-try is malted milk chocolate and cornflakes that brings you right back to your childhood.
The Summer Menu is available now until September. A wine-pairing can be added for B2,250.
