Elements launches new winter menu starting Jan 4
Fresh off retaining their Michelin star last month, Elements renews their flair for French cuisine and creative Japanese influences.
Elements, Inspired by Ciel Bleu at the Okura Prestige in Ploenchit will be kicking off the new year with a new winter menu starting on Jan 4, 2023.
Billed as the “Winter Guestronomic Dining Journey”, the dishes will be crafted by Chef Gerard Villaret Horcajo with a focus on seasonal and European and Japanese produce.
This spot is well known for its focus on mixing French and Japanese flavors for the discerning fine diner. An early look at the menu shows ikejime yellowtail with kombu, oyster regal, and sorel, as well as a langoustine tail with ikura, spinach, and veloute.
On November 24, Elements retained its Michelin star in the 2023 guide and was also selected for Top Tables by BK Magazine on November 9.
The new menu comes with four, six, and eight-course options, priced from B4,100 and B4,800 to B5,900 per person.
