A few months after it seemed to close for good, Asoke’s beloved Chu is gearing up to serve its famous eggs Benedict, hearty pastas, and decadent iced chocolate to Bangkok diners again.

Restaurant owner Chirayu “Toey” Na Ranong confirmed today that Chu will reopen in the coming months in a new location on Sukhumvit 31, straddling the line between Asoke and Phrom Phong, across from Ministry of Crab and next to Wine Connection.

There isn’t an official opening date yet, but construction is underway and the new space could open as soon as November, Toey said.

In the meantime, you can get your favorite Chu goodies delivered to you, courtesy of a cloud kitchen in Phra Khanong, which also serves food from Crackhouse

The temporary menu includes some of the cafe’s all-day breakfast classics, from eggs Benedict with smoked salmon (B320) to a hefty pancake combo complete with scrambled eggs and smoked bacon (B250).

Wash it down with Chu’s gourmet chocolate drinks, starting from B150 for 35% milk chocolate to B170 for 75% Tanzanian dark cacao.

You can also get their cakes, brownies, and iced chocolate at Crackhouse the Commons Saladaeng, or pick up their brownies at any Fowlmouth location.

Order via Chu’s official Line account, @chu.bkk, or delivery applications such as Lineman, Grab, and Robinhood. Click here to see the menu and order now.

Available Tue-Sun, 8am-7.30pm.

Correction: An earlier version of this story said that the cloud kitchen was based at the Commons Saladaeng. It is located in Phra Khanong. We apologize for the mistake.
