This Sep 13-14, chef Theo Randall visits his Bangkok outpost, Theo Mio, to serve two special dinners. B3,200 per person. 

This Oct 9 from 4-8pm, 20 of Bangkok’s leading chefs and major food and beverage suppliers gather at The House on Sathorn and serve food and drinks to raise awareness of sustainable living. Expect food from the likes of Gaggan, Bo.lan, Quince, The Oyster Bar and Little Beast, and drinks from Beervana, Wine Garage and Raitong Organics. A book of 10 tickets costs B1,800 at the door and proceeds go to Courageous Kitchen, a Bangkok-based charity organization that funds hill tribe children to gain basic kitchen handling, English and leadership skills.

 

To celebrate World Food Day on Oct 16, 3-8pm, food and beverage purveyors throw a food festival on Soi Nana to promote sustainable food. Confirmed vendors include Sloane’s, Seven Spoons, Mad Moa, 80/20 and Beervana. More information TBA. 

 

The annual event returns with 16 chefs this Nov 11-18 at So Sofitel. New faces include Paul Liebrandt, formerly of the two-Michelin-starred Corton in New York; Thierry Drapeau of Thierry Drapeau Logis de Chabotterie restaurant in France; and Jean-Baptiste Natali of Natali in France.
