February 2 is "La Chandeleur" or National Crepe Day—a day when the French traditionally flip and eat crepes in the hope of attaining riches. In that spirit, here are our favorite spots to enjoy a crispy, thin, French-style crepe or three.

Breizh Crepes

Moved from Sri Nakarin to the lovely, leafy Suan Phlu neighborhood, Breizh is known for its no-frills set-up serving crepes the French way. We’re fans of their galettes which use real buckwheat flour, such as the tasty fusion Tuk-Tuk (lamb merguez, tomatoes, eggs and emmental cheese, B199).
459/59 Suan Phlu Soi 8, 02-679-3393. Open daily 11am-11pm

Crepes & Co

Now open at Langsuan, Thonglor and CentralWorld, this home-style brunch restaurant goes beyond its namesake dishes of sweet and savory crepes to pasta, salad and Mediterranean mains like Moroccan couscous and Greek moussaka. For Crepe Day (Feb 2), it's offering buy one get one free on all crepes.
Try 59/4 Lang Suan Soi 1, Phloen Chit Rd., 02-652-02089. Open Mon-Sat 9am-11pm; Sun 8am-11pm

La Creperie

Nestled deep in the labyrinthe of Sukhumvit Soi 39, this adorable white house serves up delicious crepes from French recipes. The menu covers savory items made using buckwheat flour like the fried eggs, ham, and grated cheese (B250) and the scallops, leaks and asparagus (B380). The sweet offerings ranges from comforting lemon custard (B220) to chocolate crepe with Ferrero Rocher and ice cream.
86 Sukhumvit Soi 39, 02-662-6499. Open daily 10am-9:30pm

Vanilla Cafeteria

Among the Vanilla chain’s comforting dishes, their crepes are one of the specialties. Focusing mainly on sweet crepes, you can find big, Instagram-friendly crepes with toppings ranging from raspberries and pomegranate (B330) to mango sticky rice (B360).
2/F, Emquartier, Sukhumvit Rd., 02-003-6124. Open daily 10am-10pm. BTS Phrom Phong
