The Dock

Who says Christmas has to be all about roast turkey? Go for an ultimate Symphony of Seafood at The Dock. Things start off with seafood overture (fresh sea urchin and its butter) with a glass of French sparkling Chamdeville, Blanc de Blancs wine and go on to the fresh scallop carpaccio and fresh Beluga caviar. Lobster stars in the form of ravioli with spiced bisque emulsion, while the restaurant captures the family vibe with coulibiac, a type of Russian pie with a monkfish filling and Madagascan vanilla sauce. Cleanse your palate with the ultimate Christmas toffee pudding and a glass of Chandon Brut sparkling wine. Dinner costs B2,890 net/person, inclusive of two glasses of sparkling wine. Available from Dec 20-Jan5, all day.
