Lobster Menu at J'aime
This Jun 8-10, chef Jean-Michel Lorain marks the 25th year of his lobster menu from the two-Michelin-starred La Cote Saint Jacques in France by offering it at J’aime. The chef will be visiting his Bangkok restaurant to present the lobster-heavy four- (B2,299) or six-course (B3,399) menus himself, including the likes of quail egg and lobster salpicon in a puff pastry shell, warm lobster claw served in a cold white gazpacho with spring vegetables and watercress salad and Provence-style lobster and pig’s trotter.
