It’s the hero we don’t deserve, but the one we need

Still reeling from the heart-stopping ending of Avengers: Infinity War? If you’ve stayed on to watch the post-credit sequences from that Marvel movie (possible spoilers ahead), you’ll know that the answer to all our burning questions lie in the studio’s eponymous heroine Captain Marvel, who is getting her own dedicated self-titled movie set to be released this March.

If that’s too long a wait, Captain Marvel herself, actress Brie Larson (along with a few others) will be landing in Singapore on Feb 14, making eager hearts palpitate in anticipation even harder on Valentine’s Day. And just like the last Marvel Studios fan meet, all the superhero action will be taking place at Marina Bay Sands. It's all free for the public, but there is a proces to go through if you wanna attend the event.

If you'd like to meet her, along with actors Samuel L. Jackson (Nick Fury), Gemma Chan (Minn-Erva) and the film’s directors Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck, this is what you gotta do. Set up a Marina Bay Sands or Sistic account here, then show up in-person a few days before the event day on Feb 10 at the Sands Expo and Convention Centre, Level B2, Hall F, to register your interest and collect your tickets from 10am onwards. Take note you can't get the tickets on behalf of anyone else, and the limited number of tickets will be available on a first-come-frist-served basis. And in case you're wondering, nope, there is no online registration available.

Once you're done with all that, simply show up on Feb 14 with ticket in hand at Marina Bay Sands, 7pm (doors open 5pm) for the actual fan event. More info here.
