Run by a group of expats in Bangkok, Lose It 4 Good is a program dedicated to losing weight between now and Dec 1, all in the name of charity. You can go it alone or with a group of friends, but the idea is to pledge donations based on how much weight you lose—a kind of double motivation to feel good and do good.
