If you’re still reeling from the sudden closure of Sathorn’s Vogue Lounge, here’s some good news: the swanky rooftop bar’s former bartender, Fabio Brugnolaro, has found a new sky-high home at Sky On 20.

Sitting pretty some 26 floors above Asoke, the bar is known for its laidback garden vibes, views of both Sirikit Lake and Benjasiri Park, and easy-drinking cocktails.

Their new Italian bartender keeps things approachable with the drinks, but don’t expect the usual rooftop fare of fruit juice mixed with a shot of vodka. Instead, Brugnolaro combines craft spirits and his own ingredients to interesting effect. 

Start your night with the fresh and tangy Bango (B300), made with Plantation 3 Stars White Rum, lime juice, egg white and Brunolaro’s homemade mango chutney.

Another drink made for breezy winter nights is the herby Super Punch (B300), bursting with the flavors of rosemary, juniper, cinnamon, dry coconut, nutmeg, black pepper, Italian basil and mint, which have been aged with summer fruit juice and Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum for three days.

For something with more oomph, try Cherry Frog (B350), a twist on a martini with gin, dry vermouth, fresh thyme, cherry tomatoes and capers for you to nibble on every sip.

Among the 35-cocktail-strong menu, his best-seller from Vogue Lounge, Sunset (gin, lime juice, rose syrup, mangosteen juice and egg white, B300) has also made the menu here.
