Italian barman Francesco Moretti’s days are over at the rooftop cocktail lounge with one of the best happy hours in town.

 

Vogue Lounge has now welcomed another Italian head bartender, Fabio Brugnolaro, who came fifth at the Gin Mare Italy Cocktail Competition 2016 and third at Diplomatico Italy in 2017.

 

His former bar, Pinch Spirits and Kitchen in Milan, where he was a bar manager, was known for its signature cocktails of many flavors created by three bartenders.

 

Though his full new menu isn’t going to be ready till September, you can get a taste of what he’s about by asking for one of his “kitchen cocktails” at the bar, for which he takes simple ingredients found in most kitchens and mixes them with booze.

 

Vogue Lounge’s regular menu, meanwhile, continues to dish out its signature drinks (starting B340) 2-for-1 between 5-9pm every night of the week.
