By The River (Thai)
The latest documentary by Nontawat Numbenchapol (The Boundary, 2013), set amid the tranquil deep woods in Kanchanaburi, portrays the simple life of the Karen in Klity village, where residents rely on fishing in the river contaminated by a mineral processing factory, through a young man who catches fish for his lover. Film in Thai and Karen, with English subtitles.

The second installment of Sueb Boonsong Nakphoo’s Poor People trilogy portrays the life and living conditions of rural Thai farmers through the story of one family.

13 Sins (USA)
In this remake of a Thai film, in-debt salesman Elliot Brindle (Mark Webber) picks up an anonymous phone call recruiting him into a big-prize reality show in which he must finish 13 missions, which escalate from the strange to the deadly.
Oculus (USA)
After serving time for the murder of his own parents, a young man tries to return to a normal life while his sister still believes an evil spirit was responsible for the tragedy.
Neighbors (USA)
This Nicholas Stoller comedy sees Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne play a couple with a newborn child who, while trying to settle in their new home, find themselves at war with the fraternity house next door.
Spirits War (Thai)
In this CG-packed fantasy action flick, demons invade the Earth, leaving the fate of mankind in the hands of a demonic warrior (Akara Amarttayakul).
