Picking up from last month, Alliance Francaise Bangkok (Sathorn Tai Rd., 02-670-4200. http://en.alliance-francaise.or.th) is screening four French films under the theme "actresses" every Wed, at 7:30pm, throughout July. The movies are in French with English subtitles. The program is as follows:

Les Destinées Sentimentales (Wed 27)
The story of Protestant minister Jean (Berling), whose marriage to Nathalie (Huppert) is already falling apart when he meets the niece of a parishioner.
