Pilates Fitness has launched three new classes that are paired with teas from Betjeman & Barton. It's an affordable way to get started, too.

The next time you’re at Pilates Fitness, don’t be surprised if you’re served a mug of Betjeman & Barton tea before your class.

According to a survey the studio conducted on 327 clients, 40% like the idea of being served hot tea before a class. Hence, the studio has launched three new lifestyle pilates classes—AbsBurnPilates to tone a particular body part, FlexiStretchPilates for deep stretching, and AromaPilates to increase relaxation—that are coupled with pre-workout cuppas from the French merchants, which will supposedly enhance clients' performance. What’s more, the teas served are carefully selected to match each class's profile—“Lundi Light” tea is served before an AbsBurnPilates class, “Fruit Infusion Pensees” is offered to clients who’ve signed up for AromaPilates, and so on.

You can try this unique initiative on for size with a 12 Days Pilates Class Trial and Tea Bundle at $97. Existing clients will also receive 10% off any tea caddy purchased at the Telok Blangah or Serangoon studios. The question is, will tea become the next big sports drink?
