If your workout routine is getting a bit stale and tedious, perhaps it’s time you spice things up. Fitness24Seven, Bangkok’s newly opened 24-hour fitness club from Sweden, is offering “Sh’bam,” an aerobic, cardio-based workout that lets you dance and party your way to fitness in a fun and vibrant environment.

The dance workout is said to be highly addictive, featuring simple yet sassy choreography set to upbeat playlists of chart-topping hits, club dance tracks and remixes of a wide range of genres including Latin, hip-hop, reggae and dubstep. The result? You’ll be having so much fun dancing away you’ll forget that you’re exercising.

The choreography is designed to give you a full-body workout, with each class set to last for 45 minutes. The workout combines cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, which will help you to tone up, improve your coordination and agility, as well as giving you a chance to learn hot new dance moves—all whilst shredding up to an average of 506 calories.

Even if you don’t have any dance experience, don’t worry. The class is designed for all fitness levels and age groups, where you'll get to jam along the easy to pick up moves led by Fitness24Seven’s professional instructors.

Membership at Fitness24Seven is B1,299/month, B7,000/6 months and B12,200/12 months.

Available at Fitness24Seven Summer Hill branch (BTS Phra Khanong), with second and third branches (Rama 9 and Sathorn Thani) coming soon. Visit www.fitness24seven-thailand.com to book a class.
