We’ve seen some pretty ridiculous collaborations of late (Guess and DJ Tiesto come to mind) but the adidas Originals by Porsche Design Fall/Winter 2012 collection just about makes sense. Inspired by the venerable German auto maker’s racing history, the collection is a footwear homage to the legendary Porsche 911 S sports car. We’re not really seeing the connection, but the high-tops do make for mean F1-style shoes, the Porsche Type 597 Jagdwagen shoe in particular.
