Guests at the The Westin Singapore are encouraged to maintain their fitness regimes with weekly Loopz® Fitness classes.

The Westin Singapore is going the extra mile to ensure that its guests squeeze in some workout time while on holiday. Fresh from the launch of its runWESTIN initiative, the hotel has just announced plans to collaborate with Loopz® Fitness to offer weekly fitness classes for all guests, as part of its Move Well brand pillar.

Pioneered by local TV celebrity cum fitness trainer Wong Li-Lin, Loopz® Fitness is a multi-resistance exercise regime that harnesses the proprietary Loopz® Fitness Band. The workout might sound really simple—a series of bodyweight exercises performed with the resistance band—but boy, is it effective (we've tried it!). There'll be hour-long sessions conducted every Sunday at 10am—hearsay Li-Lin will be helming some of these classes herself.

Unfortunately, the classes aren't open to members of the public, but this just gives you more reason to check into The Westin for a staycation. Plus, the hotel's still offering discounted rates (from S$395 a night) till May 31, so there's no better time for a break than now.
