Australian-hailing trampoline park Bounce has devised a fun way to integrate cardio and bodyweight training while bouncing.
BOUNCEfit sessions come in three different options: Beginner (classic workout), Step Up (cardio and aerobic exercises) and Combat (martial arts).
The instructors claim that bouncing on a trampoline for 10 minutes burns as many calories as running for 30 minutes, making this a great alternative workout.
Classes welcome participants of every level and last 60 minutes. Available at both EmQuartier and The Street branches (02-014-2446).
