Kriyoga Gold

One of the first yoga studios to bring infrared yoga to Thailand. Unlike typical hot yoga, it sees you use your own body’s energy to heat up the room. So, instead of just sitting around and sweating due to the heat of the room, you actually have to work your body into a sweat. This has a lot of benefits, including detox, deep cleansing of the skin, and pain and migraine relief. They also offer cardio-yoga and meditational yoga. Drop in for a class at B800, and if it tickles your fancy, get the three-month package for B15,500 and receive five hours for free, six-month package for B22,500 to receive one free month, and one-year package for B33,000 to receive two free months.
