More highlights have unveiled for this year's Epicurean Market, with the latest being a retail booth by Proof & Company (the team behind Asia's Best Bar 28 HongKong Street). For those hearing about it the first time, the three-day culinary event is happening from Aug 12-14 at Sands Expo and Convention Centre Halls A, B and C.

On sale are limited edition and exclusive spirits such as the Diplomatic Ambassador Rum ($388), a hand blended spirit by Master Distiller Tito Cordera, of which only 60 bottles are released in Asia each year. Other notable mentions include the Los Danzantes Anejo Mezcal ($170) and the Willet Pot Still Reserve Bourbon ($98). 

Also announced are booths by Yardbird Southern Table & Bar, an acclaimed Southern restaurant with outlets in Miami and Las Vegas, and Michelin-starred Indian restaurant from Macau, The Golden Peacock.
