This Nov 29 saw the hosting of Sports Mall Together Run 2015, a mini marathon race organized by Sports Mall, The Mall Group Co., Ltd., Thai Life Insurance PCL., Ford Motor (Thailand) Co., Ltd and Virgin Active to promote wellbeing and healthy living through exercise.

Kicking off at the EmQuartier shopping complex, runners of all ages took on the challenge of either a half marathon of 10.2km or a fun-run of 6km around the area, encouraging fitness as well as raising money for the Thai Red Cross Society, to which a portion of the registration fees were donated.

At the end of the race, 10.2km winners took home a B3,000 cash prize along with a one-year membership to Virgin Active health clubs around the city. In addition, all participants who finished the race received a commemorative medal, with prizes totalling a combined B500,000.
