Prepare for four weeks of parties, readings, film screenings, theater and cuties.

Pull out your calendars and update your Tinder profiles. It's time for local LGBT festival, IndigNation, back again for an impressive 11th year.

It all starts on Sep 5 with an epic outdoor party at Red Baron at Gillman Barracks, starting at 5pm and running till late. It'll start off as a wholesome affair, with a cookout and kids running around, and evolve into a late-night dance party with DJs and, we're told, some fabulous performances.

Details are still being firmed up, but get ready, too, for four weeks of exciting events, readings, film screenings and plays, including Akka 3, third in a series of plays following a transgendered Tamil woman (Sep 11, Goodman Arts Centre), local drag revue RIOT! (Sep 12, TAB) Kink Dot, an evening of local queer literature at BooksActually (Sep 16; 7:30pm), Contradiction XI: Sexual History, an arty night of music and readings of Singapore queer history (Sep 26, 72-12 Mohamen Sultan Rd.) and lots more.
