It’s been almost a year since the Joe Louis Puppet Theatre in Suan Lum closed down. But the award-winning puppet troupe have now found a new home at the Asoke Montri Nattaya Sala Theatre on the fourth floor of Srinakharinwirot University’s Innovation Building, Prasanmit campus, (114 Sukhumvit 23, Wattana, 02-649-5000). Performances at the new theater will be staged on a weekly basis and start in August 2011 with an adapted production of His Majesty the King’s composition Phra Maha Janaka.
