Expect mariachi bands, flamenco dancers, K pop dancing and no cover charge.

Last year, the Heineken Cities Festival took over Club Street with salsa dancers and live music. This year's edition, the party is moving to leafier surrounds.

On Aug 28, the party will take place at Chijmes with a six-city theme: Los Angeles, Madrid, Mexico City, Seoul, Tokyo and, of course, Singapore. What does that actually mean? Mexico City has Mariachi Nuevo Estilo, a Mariachi band of America's Got Talent fame performing surprising hip hop mashups, as well as tribal Aztec dancers (erm...), while Madrid has a flurry of flamenco dancers and DJ Cristian Varela, known for his dance music anthems. Also on the roster are K-pop dance troupes and cosplay performers, too.

No cover charge. More info here.
